    Impact & Fracture Toughness Properties of WEL-TEN610CF Steel Plate for Oversize Natural Gas Spherical Tank

    • 摘要: 对特大型天然气球罐用WEL-TEN610CF钢板与焊接接头的冲击及断裂性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:钢板调质态与调质+去应力处理状态在-20 ℃时都有较高的冲击性能,钢板和焊接接头在-20 ℃时都有着良好的断裂韧度,该钢用于-20 ℃以上工况的特大型球罐是可行的,所用焊接材料与母材匹配且焊接工艺合理.

       

      Abstract: Impact & fracture toughness properties of steel plate and welding joint of WEL-TEN610CF for natural gas spherical tank were investigated.The WEL-TEN610CF steel plate as tempering and tempering+SR treated show good impact property at -20 ℃.Steel plate and welding joint of WEL-TEN610CF show good fracture toughness at -20 ℃.It is feasible to use WEL-TEN610CF to manufacture oversize natural gas spherical tank which is used over -20 ℃ operating condition.Welding material used in the test is a match for steel plate,the welding process is appropriate.
