    基于相关系数的工程材料评价指标定量分析

    Quantitative Analysis of Evaluation Indices for Engineering Materials Based on Correlation Coefficient

    • 摘要: 为了建立科学的评价指标体系,降低评价过程的复杂性,合理分配指标的权重,提出了一种基于相关系数的工程材料评价指标定量分析法,即在构造指标相关系数矩阵基础上,通过计算特征值和特征向量,得到各主成分的贡献率和累积贡献率,并对主成分载荷进行分析,确定了指标定量筛选依据;以上述依据对五种低温存储罐材料 (铝合金) 的8个评价指标进行定量分析,根据筛选前后的两个指标体系,采用TOPSIS法进行综合评价.结果表明:两组指标体系得出的评价结果完全一致,且后者由于删除了冗余指标,使得权重的分配更加合理和准确,更好地体现了不同候选材料的优劣差异;说明基于相关系数定量分析工程材料的评价指标合理、可行.

       

      Abstract: In order to build scientific evaluation index system,reduce the complexity of evaluation course,distribute the weight of each index reasonably,a quantitative analysis method with comprehensive evaluation indices for engineering materials was proposed based on correlation coefficient using the basic theory of principal component analysis. Eight kinds of evaluation indices of five kinds of low temperature storage container materials of aluminum alloys were quantitatively analyzed using the method mentioned above,and five kinds of aluminum alloys were comprehensive evaluated with TOPSIS according to the index system before and after quantitative analysis. The evaluation results obtained from the indices after quantitative analysis were consistent with those obtained from initial indices,but the latter reflected more effectively whether or not the candidate materials could be applicable to the present working condition than the former,which indicated that quantitative analysis evaluation indices of engineering materials based on correlation coefficient are reasonable and feasible.
