Abstract:
Complex microwave dielectric ceramics (1-x) (Na0.5La0.5)TiO3+xCeO2+1%CuO were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The relation for sintering temperature, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied. The results show that the ceramics with dielectric constant εr of 35.9, quality factor of 11 300 GHz and temperature coefficient τf of 98.0 ×10-6℃-1 were obtained when sintering temperature was 1 400 ℃ and x=0.8.By appropriately adjusted the x value, and a zero τf value could be achieved. When x was 0.9 and sintering temperature was 1 400 ℃, a microwave dielectric ceramic with εr of 32.0, Qf of 8 240 GHz and τf of 6.7 ×10-6℃-1 was obtained.
