    Microwave Dielectric Properties of Ceria Composite Lanthanum Sodium Titanate Dielectric Ceramics

    • 摘要: 采用固相合成法制备了(1-x) (Na0.5La0.5)TiO3+xCeO2+1%CuO复合微波介质陶瓷, 研究了烧结温度、微观结构和微波介电性能之间的关系。结果表明: 当x=0.8, 烧结温度为1 400 ℃时, 可获得介电常数εr为35.9、品质因数Qf为11 300 GHz、谐振频率温度系数τf为98.0×10-6℃-1的微波介质陶瓷; 通过调节体系中的x值可获得接近于0的τf, 当x=0.9、烧结温度为1 400 ℃时, 可获得εr为32.0、Qf为8 240 GHz、τf为6.7×10-6 ℃-1的微波介质陶瓷。

       

      Abstract: Complex microwave dielectric ceramics (1-x) (Na0.5La0.5)TiO3+xCeO2+1%CuO were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The relation for sintering temperature, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied. The results show that the ceramics with dielectric constant εr of 35.9, quality factor of 11 300 GHz and temperature coefficient τf of 98.0 ×10-6℃-1 were obtained when sintering temperature was 1 400 ℃ and x=0.8.By appropriately adjusted the x value, and a zero τf value could be achieved. When x was 0.9 and sintering temperature was 1 400 ℃, a microwave dielectric ceramic with εr of 32.0, Qf of 8 240 GHz and τf of 6.7 ×10-6℃-1 was obtained.
