    Corrosion Resistance of High Strength Q460qNH Bridge Steel

    • 摘要: 采用实验室干湿交替加速腐蚀试验(CCT)和电化学方法对新研制的Q460qNH高强度桥梁钢的耐蚀性能进行了研究,并与普通高强度桥梁钢Q460q和耐蚀性能优良的SPA-H耐候钢进行了对比,对试验钢的耐蚀机理进行了分析.结果表明:研制的Q460qNH钢的耐腐蚀性能与SPA-H耐候钢的接近,明显高于Q460q钢的;添加少量的铜、铬、镍元素是使试验钢具有良好耐蚀性能的主要原因.

       

      Abstract: A study on corrosion resistance of newly developed Q460qNH steel was carried out in laboratory by means of wet-dry alternated accelerated corrosion and electro-chemical tests,and the steel was compared with high strength bridge steel Q460q and SPA-H weathering steel with superior corrosion resistance.The mechanism of corrosion resistance of tested steels was analyzed.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Q460qNH steel was the same as that of SPA-H weathering steel,and superior to that of the ordinary Q460q steel.The small amount of Cu,Cr and Ni content could improve the corrosion resistance of the tested steel.
