    复合添加锰及铝-钛-硼对ZA27合金组织和性能的影响

    Effects of Mn and Al-Ti-B on Microstructure and Properties of ZA27 Alloy

    • 摘要: 利用扫描电镜和电子万能试验机研究了复合添加锰及铝-钛-硼中间合金对砂模铸造ZA27合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明:复合添加锰及铝-钛-硼后合金的铸态组织得到明显改善,析出硬化相增多,颗粒细小且分布均匀;合金的室温抗拉强度随着锰和铝-钛-硼的加入得到提高,特别是当复合添加0.4%Mn和1%Al-Ti-B时,其抗拉强度、伸长率分别提高了11.41%,49.09%,达到了420 MPa,4.89%;复合添加0.4%Mn和1%Al-Ti-B使合金的耐磨性能有一定提高.

       

      Abstract: Effects of Mn and Al-Ti-B on the microstructure and properties of ZA27 alloy prepared by sand-casting technology were studied with the help of SEM and electronic universal testing machine.The results indicated that with multi-addition of Mn and Al-Ti-B,the microstructure of ZA27 alloy was improved due to the increase of hardening phases with fine sizes and uniform distribution.The tensile strength and elongation of ZA27 alloy were increased to different degrees with the addition of Mn and Al-Ti-B.Especially,when multi-addition of 0.4%Mn and 1%Al-Ti-B,the values of the tensile strength and elongation were increased by 11.41% and 49.09% reached 420 MPa and 4.89% respectively,compared with the alloy without addition of Mn and Al-Ti-B.With the multi-additions of 0.4%Mn and 1%Al-Ti-B,the wear resistance of ZA27 alloy also increased to a certain extent.
