    铁基高铬合金激光熔覆层和堆焊层的组织性能对比

    Microstructure and Performance Contrast between Laser Cladding and Overlay Joint Layer of Inol-based High Chromium Alloy

    • 摘要: 对铁基高铬耐磨合金激光熔覆层和堆焊层的表面成形性、显微组织、硬度、磨损性能、磨损形貌等进行了对比分析.结果表明:激光熔覆层比堆焊层的表面成形好,试样变形小,显微组织均匀细小,稀释率小,平均显微硬度高300 HV左右;回火后耐磨性好,相同条件下磨损质量小50%以上.

       

      Abstract: The surface molding microstructure,wear resistance and morphology of wear-surface of two sorts of iron-based high chromium wear-resistant alloys,which were made by laser cladding and overlay joint respectively,were analyzed and compared.It is showed that the surface image is smooth,the distortion of samples is small,the microstructure is homogeneous and fine and the dilution rate is smaller by laser cladding than by overlay joint.The micro-hardness of laser cladding is averagely 300 HV higher than that of overlay joint layer.The wear mass loss of tempered laser cladding is 50% less than that of overlay joint layer.
