    改锻对H13模具钢轧材显微组织和冲击性能的影响

    Influence of Forging on Microstructure and Impact Properties of Rolled H13 Die Steel

    • 摘要: 对经改锻处理的两个厂家生产的H13模具钢轧材退火态的显微组织、冲击性能和断口形貌进行了对比研究, 分析了改锻对模具钢轧材组织和性能的影响。结果表明: 改锻后, H13B钢心部的带状组织较H13A钢的粗大, 偏析程度更严重; 而H13B心部的共晶碳化物比H13A的更粗大, 数量更多; H13钢冲击性能从表面至心部逐渐降低; 长度、宽度方向的韧性要好于厚度方向的; H13A钢的长度、宽度方向的断口均为韧性断裂, H13B的宽度、厚度方向为脆性断口。

       

      Abstract: Microstructure, impact properties and fracture surface morphology of rolled H13 die steels after annnealing from two manufacturers treated by forging were comparatively studied. The effect of forging on microstructure of the rolled steel was analyzed. The results show that the H13B steel had coarser core banded microstructure and severer segregation than the H13A steel. More and larger carbides were found in the core of H13B steel. The impact properties of the H13 steel decreased from surface to core. Impact toughness of length and width directions was better than the thickness direction. H13A steel had a ductile fracture in length and width directions. H13B steel showed brittle fracture in width and thickness directions.
