    熔渗法制备高强Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi阻尼复合材料及其压缩和阻尼性能

    Fabrication of High-Strength Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi Composites by Infiltration and Their Compressive and Damping Properties

    • 摘要: 为了提高多孔NiTi合金的力学、阻尼性能, 采用熔渗法将镁(或AZ91D镁合金)渗入至多孔NiTi合金的孔隙中制备出了新型轻质高强Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi阻尼复合材料, 并对复合材料的压缩性能和阻尼性能进行了研究。结果表明: 采用此方法制备出的Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi复合材料的相变仍具有马氏体相变特征, 并具有优良的循环压缩性能(超弹性应变可达2.3%), 其首次抗压强度可达530 MPa, 明显高于多孔NiTi合金(200~300 MPa)的; 引入的熔渗相所带来的多阻尼机制的叠加使此复合材料比多孔NiTi合金具有更佳的强度和阻尼综合性能。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical properties and damping capacity of porous NiTi alloy, an method for fabricating the novel Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi composites with optimized damping capacity and mechanical properties by infiltration of Mg (AZ91D magnesium alloy) into porous NiTi alloys had developed, and the compressive and damping properties of the composite were studied. The results show that the composites still possessed the martensitic transformation features, and showed excellent cycling compressive properties including excellent linear superelasticity up to 2.3%. The compressive strength of the composites could reach to 530 MPa, higher than that of porous NiTi alloys (200-300 MPa) obviously. The several damping mechanisms benefiting from the introduction of infiltrated phases made Mg(AZ91D)/NiTi composites had better general combination of strength and damping capacity.
