    Properties of Low Yield Point Steels Used for Earthquake Resistant Buildings

    • 摘要: 为满足高层及超高层建筑抗震阻尼器的性能要求,宝钢开发了屈服强度分别为100,160和225 MPa三个级别的低屈服强度钢,对其进行了力学性能、物理性能、焊接及使用性能等试验.结果表明:该种类钢具有屈服强度波动范围小(<40 MPa)、屈强比低和韧性、低周疲劳性能、焊接性能良好等特点,已成功应用于建筑抗震阻尼器上.

       

      Abstract: With the application of earthquake resistant energy dissipation (ERED) technology to skyscrapers,low yield point (LYP)steels used for the fabrication of energy dissipation dampers are paid more and more attention.Bao Steel has developed a series of LYP steels with yield strength grade of 100,160 and 225 MPa.The properties of LYP steels such as tensile properties,physical properties,weldability and workability etc.were analyzed.The results show that LYP steels produced by Bao Steel had the features of small fluctuation range of yield strength,low yield ratio,and good toughness,low cycle fatigue and weldability.The LYP steel had been applied into earthquake resistant buildings successfully.
