    不锈钢过滤管多孔材料的制备及其性能

    Preparation and Performance of Stainless Steel Filter Tube Porous Materials

    • 摘要: 以气雾化奥氏体316L不锈钢粉末为原料,采用粉浆浇注法制备不锈钢过滤管多孔材料,分析了烧结工艺对烧结坯过滤性能的影响,对烧结后材料的开孔隙率、孔径及透气度进行了研究.结果表明:在10-3 Pa的真空度下烧结不锈钢过滤管,烧结温度为1 300 ℃,保温3 h后随炉冷却至室温,可制备出开孔隙率38.05%、孔径分布在1~65 μm范围、平均孔径为5.78 μm的不锈钢过滤管多孔材料.

       

      Abstract: Stainless steel filter tube porous materials were prepared by slurry casting using gas-atomized powders of austenitic stainless steel 316L.The influences of sintering process on filter performance of sintered samples were studied,such as open porosity,aperture and air permeability.The stainless steel filter tube was sintered in vacuum (10-3 Pa),kept for 3 hours at the sintering temperature 1 300 ℃,and then furnace cooled to room-temperature.The results show that open porosity is 38.05%, the diameter of hole is about 1~65 μm,and the average value is 5.78 μm.
