    Research Status of MCrAlY Coatings Prepared by Laser Cladding

    • 摘要: 综述了激光熔覆MCrAlY涂层的研究现状, 阐述了其面临的主要问题, 并指出了当前激光熔覆MCrAlY涂层研究的热点主要集中在颗粒增强复合涂层、纳米涂层、梯度涂层和活性元素改性涂层的制备, 熔覆层的开裂控制, 工艺参数优化及激光熔覆过程中的数值模拟等方面, 并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The research status of MCrAlY coatings prepared by laser cladding is reviewed. The existent problems are presented and the development prospects, such as preparation of particle reinforced composite coatings, nanostructured coatings, gradient coatings, crack control of clad coatings, process parameters optimization and numerical simulation of laser cladding process are also discussed. And the future development direction is also prospected.
