    表面机械研磨处理对X80管线钢焊接接头组织与性能的影响

    Influence of Surface Mechanical Attrition Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of X80 Pipeline Steel Welded Joints

    • 摘要: 采用表面机械研磨处理(SMAT)技术对X80管线钢焊接接头进行了30,60及90 min表面纳米化处理,分别采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、表面粗糙度仪及显微硬度计等研究了SMAT不同时间后X80管线钢焊接接头的显微组织、晶粒尺寸、表面粗糙度及显微硬度的变化.结果表明:SMAT不同时间后均可在X80管线钢焊接接头表面获得一定厚度的塑性变形层,且随着SMAT时间的延长,塑性变形层厚度逐渐增加,实现了焊接接头的表面纳米化(组织均匀化);SMAT可以显著提高焊接接头表面的显微硬度,使显微硬度沿深度呈梯度分布;SMAT还可改善焊接接头表面粗糙度,随SMAT时间的延长表面粗糙度逐渐减小.

       

      Abstract: X80 pipeline steel weld joints were subjected to surface nano-crystallization for 30,60 and 90 min by using surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT) technology,and the changes of the microstructure,grain size,surface roughness and the micro-hardness were examined by using OM,XRD,roughmeter and hardness tester.The results show that the plastic deformation layer with a certain thickness could be achieved at the surface of X80 pipeline steel welded joints after SMAT for different times.The thickness of plastic deformation layer increased with the increase of the SMAT duration.The nano-crystallization could be realized at the surface of X80 pipeline steel welded joints.The surface microhardness and roughness of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were also significantly improved by SMAT.The microhardness showed a gradient distribution in the thickness direction and the roughness decreased with the increase of the SMAT duration.
