等径角挤压超细晶纯铜的耐腐蚀性能
Corrosion Resistance Property of Ultra-fine Grain Copper by Equal Channel Angular Pressing

摘要: 对退火态的纯铜进行了等径角挤压(ECAP)变形,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析和四种溶液腐蚀试验,对退火态及经ECAP变形后纯铜的显微组织、腐蚀形貌和耐腐蚀性能进行了对比研究.结果表明:纯铜经ECAP变形后,随着挤压道次增加,其晶粒越趋细小、均匀,在不同腐蚀溶液中的质量损失速率均大幅降低,其耐腐蚀性能均较退火态的好.Abstract: The method of equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) was used in the deformation of the as annealed copper.The microstructure,corrosion morphology and corrosion resistance property of as annealed copper and the copper prepared by ECAP were contrastive studied through the optical microscopy,SEM and corrosion experiment in four solutions.The results show that after ECAP the grain size of the copper decreased and distributed more uniform with the increase of the pressing time and the mass loss rate of the copper in different solutions by ECAP decreased rapidly.The corrosion resistance property of the copper deformed by ECAP was better than the annealed cooper.
