    新型耐热HR3C/T92异种钢接头的显微组织和性能

    Microstructure and Properties of Novel Heat-Resistant HR3C/T92 Dissimilar Steel Welded Joint

    • 摘要: 采用HIG-370镍基焊丝, 通过手工钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)对HR3C和T92耐热钢进行焊接;利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪, 并通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击和硬度试验等研究了HR3C/T92异种钢焊接接头的显微组织和性能。结果表明: 获得的HR3C/T92异种钢接头强度、塑韧性良好, 拉伸接头断于T92钢母材处;焊缝基体组织为奥氏体胞状枝晶, 组织中的析出相主要为M23C6和NbC, HR3C钢及其侧热影响区的组织为奥氏体和M23C6、Nb(C, N)析出相, 而T92钢及其热影响区的组织为回火马氏体和M23C6析出相。

       

      Abstract: HR3C steel and T92 steel were welded by handwork gas tungsten arc welding using Ni-based HIG-370 electrode as welding material. The microstructure and mechanical properties of T92/HR3C dissimilar welded joint were investigated by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, tensile test, bending test, impact test and hardness test. The results show that the prepared T92/HR3C dissimilar welded joint had superior strength, ductility and toughness, fractured at the base metal of T92 steel. The matrix of the welded metal was composed of austenitic cellular dendrite. Precipitates of weld metal consisted of M23C6 and NbC. The base metal of HR3C steel as well as the heat affected zone close to HR3C steel consisted of austenite and precipitates of Nb(C, N) and M23C6. The microstructure of the base metal of T92 steel and the heat affected zone close to T92 steel was tempered martensite and M23C6 precipitate.
