    鳞片状锌铝合金粉的制备及其性能

    Preparation and Properties of Zinc-Aluminum Alloy Flake Powder

    • 摘要: 以雾化锌铝合金粉为原料, 采用球磨法制备鳞片状锌铝合金粉, 对磨球级配、助磨剂种类、球磨时间及抛光时间等工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明: 直径为9, 8, 6, 5, 3 mm 的磨球质量比为1∶2∶2∶4∶4, 采用复合球磨助剂, 球磨时间14 h, 抛光时间2 h为最佳制备工艺; 此工艺下获得的锌铝合金粉呈鳞片状, 平均粒径为11.30 μm, 松装密度为1.33 g·cm-3, 片状化程度达到98%, 水面遮盖率达到6 013 cm2·g-1, 颜色光亮。

       

      Abstract: Flake zinc aluminum alloy powders were prepared by ball milling method using atomizing zinc aluminum alloy powders as raw material. The process parameters including ball grading, grinding agent, milling time and polishing time were optimized. The results show that the optimized process parameters were obtained when the mass ratio of steel ball in diameter of 9, 8, 6, 5, 3 mm was 1∶2∶2∶4∶4, the milling additives was a composite additives, milling time was 14 h and polishing time was 2 h. Flake zinc-aluminum alloy powders with a silvery white appearance were obtained at the optimized technical parameters, whose average diameter was 11.30 μm, apparent density was 1.33 g·cm-3, flaky degree was 98% and water surface coverage was 6 013 cm2·g-1.
