    Oriented Cutting (001) and (011) Crystalline Planes of Nickel-base Single Crystal Superalloy

    • 摘要: 为了对镍基单晶高温合金进行不同晶面的定向切割,开发了用普通的X射线衍射仪,通过非对称X射线衍射技术对合金的001及011取向进行精确测定以及在此基础上对(001)和(011)晶面进行定向切割的方法.结果表明:经过两次定向切割后所得小块单晶体的(001)和(011)晶面偏离试样端面的角度分别为0.4°和0.1°.

       

      Abstract: In order to cut and obtain accurate different orientation Ni-base single crystal superalloys,a method based on an accurate determination of orientation of single crystal superalloy with a conventional diffractometer by asymmetrical X-ray scanning mode was developed,and then oriented cutting (001) and (011) crystalline planes of the alloy was carried out on the base of accurrate orientation of 001 and 011.The results show that (001) and (011) crystal planes were successfully cut,the deviation angle of (001) crystal plane and (011) crystal plane from the sample surface after oriented cutting were 0.4° and 0.1°,respectively.
