    长期服役后铂重整反应器的高温损伤及剩余寿命

    Creep Damage and Remanent Life of Platinum Reforming Reactor after Long-Term Service

    • 摘要: 通过对服役15万h的铂重整反应器所用10CrMo910钢的显微组织及室温和高温力学性能的测试和分析,综合研究了该反应器经长期服役后的高温损伤,并计算了它的剩余寿命.结果表明:铂重整反应器经长期使用后,其材料的化学成分正常,但发生了碳化物的球化和碳化物相结构的转变以及明显的回火脆化,韧脆转变温度由-44.6℃上升到13.7℃;以Larson-Miller参数外推法结合高温持久试验结果,推导出铂重整反应器的剩余寿命为201 671 h.

       

      Abstract: Creep damage of the platinum reforming reactor fabricated with 10CrMo910 steel,which had serviced for about 150 000 h,had been comprehensively investigated by observing the microstructure and testing the mechanical properties at room temperature and elevated temperatures.The remanent life was caculated.The results show that the chemical composition of the reforming reactor was normal,but carbides had been spheroidized,phase transformation occurred on the carbides and the obviously temper brittleness appeared after long-term service,the brittle ductile transition temperature increased from -44.6℃ to 13.7℃.Combining the high temperature stress rupture test and Larson-Miller extrapolation methods,remanent life of the reactor had been prolonged,which was 201 671 h.
