    Comparison of Determination Methods for JId Using Single Specimen

    • 摘要: 利用示波冲击试验,以小角度多试样冲击试验结果为标准,对几种单试样测试材料动态弹塑性断裂韧度JId值的方法进行了比较.结果表明:最大载荷前能量方法只适用于测试启裂后无显著形变强化的高强钢;柔度变化率方法不宜于测试撕裂阻力较高的材料;而对于裂尖钝化时近似呈半圆形的材料,利用饱和伸张区宽度方法可以方便地得到材料的JId值.

       

      Abstract: Utilizing instrumented impact test,different determination methods for dynamic ductile fracture toughness JId using single specimen were compared.The applied scopes of different single specimen methods were discussed based on the results from low blow tests.It is indicated that energy method before maximum loading is reasonable to the high strength steels which have little deformation strengthening after crack initiation,compliance changing rate method should not be used to evaluate the dynamic ductile fracture toughness of materials with high tearing resistance,and JId values could be obtained conveniently by determining critical stretch zone width for the material with a crack tip blunted along half circle.
