    不同温和条件下制备纳微氧化锌的形貌及尺寸

    Morphology and Size of Nanometer or Micron Scale ZnO Prepared under Different Mild Conditions

    • 摘要: 以不同锌盐为原料, 以NaOH、NH3·H2O为沉淀剂, 以三乙醇胺和十二烷基硫酸钠为分散剂, 采用沸腾回流、微波加热、恒温陈化等温和条件方法制备出了不同形貌的纳微氧化锌; 采用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和扫描电镜等对产物进行了表征。结果表明: 产物均为纯氧化锌, 具有六方纤锌矿结构; 以NH3·H2O为沉淀剂, 可制备出纺锤形氧化锌; 以NaOH为沉淀剂、硫酸锌为原料可制备出片状氧化锌; 而以硝酸锌、醋酸锌、氯化锌为原料制备的氧化锌为针形和棒状; 微波加热可得到长0.5 μm、宽0.1 μm的短棒, 100 ℃恒温陈化可得到针形超细颗粒。

       

      Abstract: Using different zinc salts as raw materials, NaOH and NH3·H2O as precipitants as well as triethanolamine (TEA) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as dispersants, nanometer or micron scale ZnO with different morphologies was prepared by using mild condition method including boiling reflux, microwave heating and aging at constant temperature. The products were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and SEM. The results indicate that the products were single phase ZnO with hexagonal wurtzite structure. Spindly ZnO was prepared with NH3·H2O as precipitant. Sheet ZnO was prepared with ZnSO4 as raw material and NaOH as precipitant. Needle-like and rod-like ZnO was prepared with Zn(NO3)2, Zn(CH3COO)2 and ZnCl2 as raw materials. Rod-like ZnO with length of 0.5 μm and width of 0.1 μm was prepared after microwave heating and needle-like ZnO was prepared after aging at constant temperature of 100 ℃.
