    不锈钢埋弧焊金属芯焊丝的研制及其工艺性能

    Development of a Metal-cored Wire for Stainless Steel Submerged Arc Welding

    • 摘要: 研制了一种不锈钢用埋弧焊金属芯焊丝GDMA308,配合HJ260用于0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的焊接.对研制的焊丝与常用的实芯焊丝H0Cr21Ni10进行了力学性能、晶间腐蚀性能和工艺性能比较.结果表明:GDMA308焊丝焊接接头克服了实芯焊丝焊接接头产生的“黑皮”现象,脱渣性能优良;接头力学性能符合GB/T 17853-1999、抗晶间腐蚀性能符合GB 4334.5-2000要求.

       

      Abstract: A metal-cored wire for submerged arc welding was developed,which could be used for welding 0Cr19Ni9 stainless steel with flux HJ260.Its mechanical properties,intergranular corrosion tendency and operative performance were compared with those of H0Cr21Ni10 solid wire.The weld joint of metal-cored wire GDMA308 did not show the phenomenon of “black skins”,and its slag detachability was perfect.In addition,its mechanical and corrosive performance could meet the standard of GB/T 17853-1999 and GB 4334.5-2000 respectively.
