    Properties of 17MnNiVNbR Steel Welded Joints

    • 摘要: 用电弧焊和埋弧焊对17MnNiVNbR钢板进行了对接焊, 并对焊接接头进行拉伸、冲击、落锤及裂纹尖端张开位移试验, 用光学显微镜观察了焊缝和热影响区的显微组织。结果表明: 焊后经(570±15) ℃×1 h热处理后, 焊接接头综合性能优良, 可满足国标的要求; 焊缝组织由先共析铁素体、针状铁素体和颗粒状贝氏体组成, 粗晶热影响区组织为粗大的贝氏体。

       

      Abstract: 17MnNiVNbR steel plates were welded by means of SMAW and SAW, and tensile, impact, drop-weight and the crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) tests were operated on welded joints. The microstructure of weld seam and heat affected zones (HAZ) was investigated by optical microscopy. The results show that welded joints after (570±15) ℃×1 h heat treatment had excellent comprehensive mechannical properties and could reach the GB requirement. Microstructure of weld seam consisted of proeutectoid ferrite, acicular ferrite and granular bainite, and microstructure of heat affected zone was coarse bainite.
