    时效不同时间铝镁硅合金型材的准静态轴向压缩性能

    Quasi-static Axial Compressive Properties of Al-Mg-Si Alloy Profiles Aged for Different Times

    • 摘要: 先将铝镁硅合金型材在180 ℃下分别进行30, 150, 540 min的时效处理, 然后采用WAW-E600型试验机对其进行准静态下的压缩试验, 研究其变形模式与吸能性能。结果表明: 随时效时间的延长, 铝镁硅合金型材的压缩变形模式由金刚石模式逐渐转变为手风琴模式, 时效540 min后型材的吸能性能较时效30 min的提高了78.1%。

       

      Abstract: The Al-Mg-Si profiles were aged at 180 ℃ for 30 min, 150 min and 540 min, respectively and then compressed with WAW-E600 test mechine in quasi-static state to study the deformation modes and energy absorption. The results show that the deformation mode of the Al-Mg-Si profiles changed from diamond mode to concertina mode with the increase of aging time. Comparing with the profile aged for 30 min, the energy absorption of the profile aged for 540 min was increased by 78.1%.
