    高流速凝析气田地面管线腐蚀原因分析

    Corrosion Reason Analysis of Ground Gathering Pipelines in High Flow-Rate Gas Condensate Field

    • 摘要: 某凝析气田地面进站管线在投产仅5个月管壁就因腐蚀而严重减薄, 通过腐蚀形貌观察、产物分析、流速场计算、模拟试验等方法对腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明: 管线腐蚀减薄的原因是二氧化碳腐蚀及流体的冲蚀, 最严重的部位为三通拐角、焊缝等处, 主要是由于流体流速过快、管道结构设计不合理而产生了冲刷腐蚀, 腐蚀产物主要为FeCO3。

       

      Abstract: The walls of ground gathering pipelines in a gas condensate field were reduced seriously for corrosion only operation for five months. Corrosion morphologies observation, product analysis, flow velocity field calculation, simulation experiment were carried out to analyze the reasons of corrosion. The results showed that the corner of T-branch pipe and weld were corroded seriously because of CO2 corrosion and flow erosion, the main reasons was erosion corrosion caused by excessive flow velocity of fluid and unreasonable pipeline structure design, and the corrosion products were mainly composed of FeCO3.
