    H13钢离子氮化前后表面沉积CrAlN薄膜的耐氯离子腐蚀性能

    Chloride Ion Corrosion Resistance of CrAlN Thin Films Deposited on H13 Steels Surface before and after Ionitriding

    • 摘要: 在离子氮化前后的H13钢表面沉积了CrAlN薄膜, 研究了其在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性, 并用场发射扫描电镜观察了薄膜腐蚀前后的表面形貌。结果表明: H13钢基体表面沉积CrAlN薄膜后的耐腐蚀性能显著提高; 经离子氮化和表面沉积CrAlN薄膜复合处理后, 耐腐蚀性进一步提高, 试验后表面没有出现明显的腐蚀坑及膜层脱落。

       

      Abstract: CrAlN thin films was deposited on H13 steel surface before and after ionitriding, the corrosion resistance of CrAlN thin films in 3.5wt% NaCl solution was studied, and the surface morphology of thin films before and after corrosion was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the corrosion resistance of H13 steel after depositing CrAlN thin films increased remarkably. The complex process of ionitriding and depositing CrAlN thin films made corrosion resistance of H13 steel increase further, and obvious corrosion pits and films desquamation had not found on H13 steel surface after polarization test.
