    Piercing Failure Analysis of Oil Casing Pipe

    • 摘要: 对石油套管管体刺漏裂纹进行了宏微观形貌观察, 对管体进行了理化性能检验、水压爆破试验和管柱强度校核等, 采用理论与试验相结合的方法对套管管体刺漏失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 套管管体外表面的凹痕是折叠缺陷, 折叠是套管管体发生刺漏失效的根本原因; 管体开裂属局部过载开裂。

       

      Abstract: Macroscopic and microscopic morphology observation, physical and chemical properties of pipe material test, hydraulic blasting test, casing type analysis and strength rechecking of casing string were performed for a piercing casing pipe. The failure reasons were analyzed by combining relative theory with tests. The results show that the dint on the outer surface of piercing casing was a fold defect which was the primary reason for the piercing failure of casing pipe. And the pipe body cracking was local overload cracking.
