    基于蒙特卡洛方法的陶瓷晶粒生长模拟

    Simulation of Ceramic Grain Growth Based on Monte Carlo Method

    • 摘要: 从晶粒取向数选择和晶粒生长概率两方面改进了蒙特卡洛方法模型, 根据晶粒生长机理应用该模型模拟了在不同烧结温度、烧结时间条件下纳米Al2O3陶瓷晶粒的生长过程, 并将模拟与实际试验结果进行了比较。结果表明: 使用改进后模型有效提高了晶粒生长过程的模拟效率; 烧结试验结果与模拟结果基本一致, 用改进的模型可以准确、快速地预测出陶瓷晶粒尺寸。

       

      Abstract: Monte Carlo method model was improved from the aspects of grain oriention number choice and grain growth probability. According to grain growth mechnism, the model was applied to simulate the nano Al2O3 ceramics grain growth process at different sintering temperatures and times. The simulated results were compared with the actual experiment results. The results show that using the modified model, the simulation efficiency of the grain growth process simulation could be improved availably. The sintering test results were consistent with the simulation results, and the modified model could accurate and fast predict the ceramics grain size.
