    凝固时施加旋转电磁场对铜锌合金腐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Rotating Electromagnetic Field in Solidification on Corrosion Property of Cu-Zn Alloy

    • 摘要: 在铜锌合金熔炼凝固时施加时施加了旋转电磁场, 采用电化学腐蚀试验、显微组织观察等方法研究了旋转电磁场对铸态铜锌合金耐腐蚀性能、组织的影响。结果表明: 熔炼时施加旋转电磁场得到铜锌合金的显微组织比未施加的明显细小、均匀和致密, 具有更好的耐蚀性能。

       

      Abstract: The rotating electromagnetic field (REF) was applied to the Cu-Zn alloy solidification in smelting process. The effects of REF on the corrosion resistance and microstructure of cast Cu-Zn alloy were investigated by the electrochemical corrosion test and optical microscopy. The result show that the grains of the Cu-Zn alloy with REF became smaller, denser and evenly distributed compared with the Cu-Zn alloy without REF. The corrosion resistance of Cu-Zn alloy with REF was better than that of the Cu-Zn alloy without REF.
