    麦秸纤维/聚丙烯复合材料的制备与力学性能

    Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Wheat Straw Fiber/Polypropylene Composites

    • 摘要: 采用热磨提取法提取麦秸纤维,研究了硅烷偶联剂种类、麦秸纤维含量以及相容剂MAPP含量对麦秸纤维与废旧聚丙烯间的界面相容性以及制备的复合材料力学性能的影响;用扫描电镜和三维体视显微镜观察了麦秸纤维的分散性以及复合材料冲击断口形貌.结果表明:经3% KH550处理后,麦秸纤维与废旧聚丙烯间的相容性得到明显改善,提高了复合材料的力学性能;当麦秸纤维质量分数为20%左右时,其在废旧聚丙烯基体中分散均匀,增强效果最佳;且当MAPP质量分数为8%左右时,材料的抗拉、抗弯以及抗冲击强度均达到最大值,分别为61.14 MPa、68.25 MPa和11.25 kJ·m-2.

       

      Abstract: Effects of the kinds of coupling agent,amount of wheat straw fibers obtained by thermal-mechanical extraction and compatibilizer MAPP on the interfacial compatibility between wheat straw fibers and waste polypropylene as well as the mechanical properties of the composites were studied.Dispersion of wheat straw fibers and surface morphology of impact fracture were observed by SEM and stereo-microscope.The results showed that after wheat straw fibers treated by 3% KH550,the mechanical properties of composites were significantly improved because of the good interfacial adhesion.When the amount of wheat strow fibers was about 20wt%,they dispersed evenly in waste polypropylene and the reinforced effect was the best.Tensile strength,flexile strength and impact strength of the composites with 8wt% MAPP were maximum,which were 61.14 MPa,68.25MPa and 1125 kJ·m-2 respectively.
