    损伤位置对复合材料加筋壁板剪切承载能力的影响

    Effect of Damage Locations on Shear Carrying Capacity of Composite Material Stiffened Wall

    • 摘要: 针对先进飞机上大量采用的复合材料加筋壁板结构对冲击损伤特别敏感的问题, 通过对含冲击损伤复合材料加筋壁板进行剪切试验的方法, 研究了不同损伤位置(目视可测损伤)对大尺寸复合材料加筋壁板剪切承载能力的影响。结果表明: 损伤在两筋条之间时, 离筋条中心越远, 承载能力越低; 蒙皮中央在较低能量冲击损伤后, 破坏载荷约为完好加筋壁板的48%, 损伤在筋条中心时, 破坏载荷约为完好加筋壁板的84%。

       

      Abstract: For the issue of a large number of composite material stiffened walls used in aircraft being praticularly sensitive on impact damage, the shear tests were performed on composite material stiffened walls containing impact damage, and the effect of different damage locations (visual measured damage) on large size composite material stiffened walls were studied. The results show that when the damage was between two stiffened wall, the further to the stiffened wall, the lower the shear carrying capacity. The destructive load was about 48% of the intact stiffened wall after the skin center was impacted at lower energy, and the destructibe damage load was about 84% of the intact stiffened wall when the damage was in the center of the ribs.
