    钙含量对耐热镁铝稀土合金组织与性能的影响

    Effect of Ca Addition on Microstructure and Properties of Mg-Al-RE Heat-Resistant Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪及拉伸试验机等, 研究了钙添加量对耐热镁铝稀土合金AE42显微组织及中温(150~250 ℃)力学性能的影响。结果表明: AE42合金的第二相主要由针状的Al11Ce3和短杆状的Al4Ce相组成, 随着钙含量的增加, Al11Ce3的含量逐渐减少, 鱼骨状的Al2Ca新相出现并增多; 合金的中温强度随着钙含量的增加而升高, 其中1.2%Ca含量的合金表现出最好的综合力学性能。

       

      Abstract: Effects of Ca addition on microstructure and mechanical properties at middle temperatures (150-250 ℃) of heat-resistant magnesium alloy AE42 were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy and tensile testing. The results indicate that the second phase in AE42 alloy was mainly composed of acicular Al11Ce3 and short rod shaped Al4Ce. With the increase of calcium content, the amount of acicular Al11Ce3 decreased, a new phase of fishbone shaped Al2Ca appeared and increased. Moreover, the mechanical properties of test alloys at middle temperatures got better when calcium content rose. And the alloies with 1.2% Ca content had the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
