    颗粒增强铁基耐磨材料的研究进展

    Research Progress of Particle Reinforced Iron-Based Wear-Resistant Materials

    • 摘要: 从耐磨材料增强相的选择、制备工艺的分类和耐磨性能等方面对颗粒增强铁基耐磨材料的研究现状进行了综述。重点分析了原位反应制备铁基耐磨材料的特点以及几种制备工艺的对比, 最后指出了颗粒增强铁基耐磨材料存在的问题及其以后的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Several aspects in research of particle reinforced iron-based wear-resistant materials, such as the selection of reinforced particles, classification of manufacturing technology and wear resistance are summarized. The characteristics of preparing iron-based wear-resistant materials by in-situ synthesis, and the comparison of several preparing technologies are analyzed emphatically. The problem in preparing particle reinforced iron-based wear-resistant materials and the development direction of the materials are pointed out.
