    银基复合材料电刷的导电性能

    Conductivity of Silver Matrix Brush Materials

    • 摘要: 研究了在银基体中加入其它金属部分替代银和石墨、碳纤维以及金属总量对电阻率和接触电压降的影响,探讨碳纤维-石墨-银基电刷材料的成分和导电性能的关系.结果表明:随着石墨和碳纤维含量的增加,材料的导电性能有所降低;在一定工艺条件下,当金属基体总量为90%,其他替代金属的含量控制在一定量时复合材料仍具有良好的导电性能.

       

      Abstract: The influence of adding other metals to silver matrix and the contents of graphite and carbon fibers on conductivity was studied.The relationship between the components of Ag-G-CF brush and its conductivity was determined.The conductivity of the silver matrix brush reduced with the increace of graphite and carbon fibers.Under the condition of the component of metal more than 90%,the conductivity of the silver matrix brush is the best.
