    The Reliability and Progress of Life prediction Methods for High Temperature Pressure Pipes in Thermal Power Plants

    • 摘要: 综述了当前常用的几种火电厂高温压力管道寿命预测的方法及模型, 包括持久强度法、时间参数外推法、θ法与修正的θ法、蠕变曲线外推法和蠕变损伤法, 深入讨论了各方法适用条件和可靠性。最后, 对与高温压力管道寿命预测有关的几个技术问题进行了分析和展望。

       

      Abstract: Several current life prediction methods and models for high temperature pressure pipes in thermal power plants were introduced, including persistent strength method, time parameter exptrapolation method,θ method and θ method of amendment, gradual extrapolation method based on creep curves and creep damage method. The reliability of these methods was deeply discussed. Then application conditions and brief commentaries to these methods were given. Finally, several technical problems about life prediction of the high temperature pressure pipes were analyzed and predicted.
