    考虑铸造残余应力的铝合金轮毂载荷分析

    Load Analysis of Aluminium Alloy Wheel with Consideration of Residual Stress

    • 摘要: 为实现对含有铸造残余应力的铝合金轮毂铸件外加载荷的有限元分析,研究了ProCAST软件与ANSYS软件的接口连接方式;利用MATLAB编写了通用接口程序,并通过某低压铸造铝合金轮毂产品的运算,得到轮毂铸件的铸造残余应力;验证了利用开发的接口程序把有限元网格的节点信息﹑单元信息和节点的应力信息输入到ANSYS中的可行性;利用ANSYS进行后续的结构分析计算;通过轮毂实例的运算验证了车轮在安装后形成的“初始动态应力”现象.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the structure module simulation of the aluminium alloy wheel casting with residual stress,the interface mode of software ProCAST and ANSYS was analyzed.Data exchange programs were compiled for the connection of the ProCAST software with ANSYS software in the MATLAB environment.The data exchange programs were certified through an example of low pressure die casting aluminum alloy wheel.The node,element and six components of the stress tensor at the node files were transmitted into ANSYS software using the interface program.Then the structure of the wheel was analyzed by the structure module of ANSYS.The phenomenon of initial dynamic state stress of the assemble wheel was simulated.
