    Research Progress on Nanostructured Metal Oxides Used for Gas Sensing Materials

    • 摘要: 具有纳米结构的金属氧化物由于纳米效应表现出了非常优异的气敏性能; 以维度为线索, 简要综述了零维、一维、二维和三维纳米结构金属氧化物气敏材料的制备方法和不同结构对其气敏性能的影响, 最后指出了未来该领域的研究和发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Nanostructured metal oxides exhibits outstanding gas sensing properties due to nanometer effect. From the perspective of dimension, the preparation for zero, one, two, and three dimensional structured metal oxides and the effect of different structure on gas sensing properties are briefly reviewed. At last, it is pointed that the research and development direction for the field in future.
