磷变质对原位Sip/ZA27复合材料组织和性能的影响
Influence of P Modification on the Microstructure and Properties of Sip/ZA27 In-Situ Composites

摘要: 使用磷对过热重熔处理后的Al-20%Si合金熔液进行变质,然后与纯锌熔体混熔,制备了原位合成硅颗粒增强锌基复合材料,并对复合材料的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析.结果表明:重熔+磷变质处理的铝硅合金与纯锌熔体混熔后制备的原位Sip/ZA27复合材料,比仅使用重熔+混熔制备的复合材料具有尺寸更加细小、分布更加均匀的硅颗粒,其室温抗拉强度和断后伸长率比后者也有较大提高.Abstract: The melt of Al-20%Si alloy was modified after remelting by P,and then mixed with pure zinc melt to fabricate in-situ silicon particles reinforced zinc matrix composites.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results indicate that the size and distribution of silicon particles in the Sip/ZA27 in-situ composites which fabricated by mixing the P modified and remelted Al-20wt%Si melt with pure zinc melt were finer than the composite fabiricated by remelting and melt mixing unmodified one.The elongation and tensile strength at room temperature of the composite were higher than the latter.
