    Low Temperature Salt-bath Chromizing of Steel 45

    • 摘要: 使用OM、SEM、XRD等方法研究了不同预先热处理工艺对45钢的低温盐浴渗铬渗层的影响.结果表明:离子氮化的预先热处理有助于实现610 ℃的低温盐浴渗铬,并得到良好的渗层,渗铬白亮层的相组成为Cr23C6、CrN、Cr/Fe、(Cr,Fe)7C3和(Cr,Fe)2N等相.

       

      Abstract: The characteristics of the chromized layer of steel 45 after low temperature salt-bath chromizing with different pre-heat treatments were investigated using OM,SEM,XRD.A chromized layer with good properties could be obtained in steel 45 with the ion-nitriding pre-heat treatment,and the chromized layer was composed of the phases Cr23C6,CrN,Cr/Fe,(Cr,Fe)7C3 and (Cr,Fe)2N.
