    高速火焰喷涂工艺参数对镍基-碳化钨复合涂层结合强度的影响

    The Influence of HVAF Spraying Parameters on Adhesion Strength of Ni-based/WC-Co Composite Coating

    • 摘要: 利用高速火焰喷涂技术在铜基体上制备了镍基-碳化钨复合涂层,采用正交试验法研究了喷涂工艺参数对镍基复合涂层结合强度的影响.结果表明:影响镍基复合涂层与铜基体结合强度的主要工艺参数是燃气压力,其次是喷涂距离和前处理时的喷砂压力;涂层具有良好结合强度的最佳工艺参数为喷涂距离170 mm,燃气压力0.49 MPa,喷砂压力0.4 MPa.

       

      Abstract: Ni-based/WC-12%Co composite coating was sprayed by HVAF on the copper substrate.The influence of HVAF spraying parameters on the adhesion strength of coatings was studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the main parameters influencing on the coating properties are fuel gas pressure,spraying distance and grit pressure.The best combination of parameter is 170 mm spraying distance,0.49 MPa fuel gas pressure and 0.4 MPa grit pressure.
