    Microstructure and Properties of LY12M Aluminium Alloy Plate after Synchronized Cooling Thermal Tension

    • 摘要: 对LY12M铝合金板进行同步冷却热拉伸试验,随后进行固溶时效处理,利用光学显微镜和拉伸试验机对其显微组织和力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:对LY12M铝合金板进行同步冷却热拉伸并固溶时效后,合金中强化相弥散均匀、尺寸细小,其抗拉强度和屈服强度均提高了150%~200%,固溶保温时间长的强化效果较好;同步冷却热成型工艺同样适用于铝合金.

       

      Abstract: The experiment of synchronized cooling thermal tension was carried out to LY12M aluminium alloy,then it was followed by solution and aging treatment.The microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by using optical microscopy and tensile test.The results show that the strengthening phase of the LY12M alloy had small size and dispersed uniformly after synchronized cooling thermal tension and solution-aging treatment.The tensile strength and the yield strength both increased by 150%-200%.The strengthening effect of the material with a long solution holding time was good.The synchronized cooling thermal forming process was also suitable for aluminum alloy.
