    Productive Technology and Mechanical Property of 5CrNiMoV Steel Forging Die Block

    • 摘要: 研究了5CrNiMoV钢锻造模块的生产工艺及力学性能、显微组织等。结果表明,通过多次镦拔等锻造工艺及合理的热处理工艺可以生产出高质量的5CrNiMoV钢模块产品,模块横向及纵向、中心及对角线1/4不同位置的力学性能、显微组织检验结果说明,5CrNiMoV钢模块等向性能良好,能够满足用户的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: This paper studies the productive technology and mechanical property and microstructure of 5CrNiMoV steel forging die block. The results show that we can produce high quality 5CrNiMoV steel die block though forging technology and treatment technology. We had tested the mechanical property and microstructure on central position and 1/4 diagonal position with vertical and lateral of the die block. Tests show that 5CrNiMoV steel die block has nice function and it could meet requirements of users.
