    Development of Pre-Hardening Die Steel LN17 for Glass

    • 摘要: 对玻璃模具钢LN17进行了化学成分设计,采用EAF+LF+VOD+ESR冶炼、锻造和预硬化工艺进行生产,分析了其组织与性能。结果表明:LN17钢预硬化后,硬度偏差≤ 2 HRC,组织为均匀的回火索氏体组织及少量残余奥氏体,综合力学性能较14Cr17Ni2钢的有很大提高。

       

      Abstract: The chemical composition of glass die steel LN17 was designed. The process of EAF+LF+VOD+ESR smelting, forging and pre-hardening was used to produce the steel. The microstructure and properties of the steel were analyzed. The results showed that LN17 steel pre-hardening, hardness deviation less than 2 HRC and the organization for the uniform sorbite microstructure and residual austenite of 14Cr17Ni2 steel, a comprehensive mechanical performance has greatly improved.
