    Preparation and Characteristics of Improved Silicate Adhesive

    • 摘要: 以K2Ti6O13晶须为改性剂,通过调节胶液的pH值制备了一种改性硅酸盐胶粘剂;用AG-250KNI电子精密材料试验机和DTG-60H热分析仪对胶粘剂的力学性能和耐热性能进行了表征;用常温水浸试验和腐蚀性试验对胶粘剂的耐水性和腐蚀性进行了评价.结果表明:该胶粘剂粘接强度大、耐热性能好,特别是耐水性明显优于现有硅酸盐胶粘剂的,且对钢铁材料无腐蚀性,是一种综合性能优异的环保型胶粘剂产品.

       

      Abstract: An improved silicate adhesive was prepared by controlling pH value of glue solutions and using K2Ti6O13 whisker as modifier.Mechanical behavior and heat resistant properties of the improved adhesive were characterized by means of material testing machine(AG-250KNI) and thermal analyser (DTG-60H).Water-resistance and corrosiveness to steel of the adhesive were also evaluated by water dipping test and corrosion test.The results show that the adhesive had advantages such as stronger adhesive strength,better heat-resistance and higher water-resistance than other silicate adhesives,and it will not erode to steel.
