    Evaluation of the Al2O3 Coating by Ultrasonic Wave Propagation Character

    • 摘要: 利用超声波在涂层材料中的传播特性,建立了适于对等离子Al2O3涂层材料进行评价的超声检测系统,并对Al2O3涂层进行了评价.结果表明:该方法与质量差法计算的结果一致,可为涂层材料进行非破坏性能评定.

       

      Abstract: A method was proposed to extend the limit of the traditional bulk ultrasonic pulses for the evaluation of material properties of a coating.The extension was accomplished by introducing the concept of the group delay spectrum.The acoustic impedance and the density for the coating can be derived easily by a group delay analysis.Then the method was applied to the analysis of Al2O3 coating.
