    • 摘要: 总结了高钢级管线在国内外的使用情况,分析了西气东输工程用X70管线钢的力学性能参数、不同时期API标准的变化和API标准与企业标准的差异,探讨了提高X70管线设计系数的可能性.结果表明:在现有的技术条件下采用合适的方法逐步提高设计系数是可行的.

       

      Abstract: The use of high strength pipeline was summarized.The mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel used in West-east Pipeline Project were analyzed.The variation of API specification in different times and the differences between API specification and corporation specification were studied.The probability of increasing design coefficient was discussed in detail.Under current conditions,it is possible to increase design coefficient of X70 pipeline little by little.
