    Application and Properties of Slab Sizing Press Module with Surfacing Welding

    • 摘要: 采用表面堆焊的方法提高侧压机模块的使用寿命,对侧压机模块堆焊层的力学性能、高温硬度和抗高温氧化性能进行了测试,对堆焊层的显微组织进行了分析,并对侧压机模块进行了现场使用试验.结果表明:表面堆焊提高了侧压机模块的塑性、高温硬度和抗高温氧化能力;堆焊层的显微组织是回火索氏体+少许铁素体;堆焊侧压机模块的使用寿命较国产模块有明显延长,并且可以取代进口模块,降低生产成本.

       

      Abstract: Surfacing welding was used to improve the lifetime of the module in the slab sizing press.The mechanical properties,high temperature hardness,anti-oxidation performance and microstructure of the surfacing welding layer were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties,high temperature hardness and anti-oxidation performance at high temperature of the module were improved by surfacing welding.In the surfacing welding layer,tempered sorbite and ferrites had been observed.The application results illuminated that using surfacing welding,the lifetime of the experimental module was superior to that of the domestic module without surfacing welding,and it could replace the imported one with lower cost.
