    High Temperature Mechanical Properties of Ti-Al-Nb Alloys with Different Phase

    • 摘要: 通过调整钛、铝、铌三种元素的含量,制备了分别具有单相、双相和三相组织的三种钛-铝-铌合金;对合金从室温到1 373 K的压缩和拉伸性能进行了试验研究,并用XRD和SEM等手段分析了合金的组织结构和断口形貌.结果表明:单相合金Ti-47.5Al-5Nb在室温下的压缩屈服强度为450 MPa,一直保持到1 200 K;双相合金Ti-42.8Al-14.2Nb和三相合金Ti-40Al-20Nb在室温下的压缩屈服强度分别为1 150 MPa和950 MPa,随着温度的上升,屈服强度略有下降,从1 000 K以后,屈服强度下降的幅度增大;在1 200 K,双相和三相合金的屈服强度仍然保持在600 MPa左右;在1 200 K以上三种合金的屈服强度都急剧下降;双相合金在高温下具备很高的塑性和屈服强度.

       

      Abstract: Three kinds of Ti-Al-Nb alloys (single-phase ,double-phase and triple-phase)were prepared by changing the contents of Ti,Al and Nb.Compressive and tensile tests were used to investigate the mechanical properties at room temperature to 1 373 K.The characteristics of microstructure and the tensile fracture surface were analyzed and observed kuch with XRD and SEM.The results showed that the compressive yield strength of Ti-47.5Al-5Nb alloy was 450 MPa at room temperature,neraly the same to the yield strength at 1 200 K.The data of Ti-42.8Al-14.2Nb alloy and Ti-40Al-20Nb alloy were 1 150 MPa and 950 MPa at room temperature,respectively.The compressive yield strength decreased quickly with increasing temperature above 1 200 K.Ti-42.8Al-14.2Nb alloy had good plasticity and yield strength at high temperatures.
