    深冷淬火+退火对FeMnSiCrNi形状记忆效应的影响

    Influence of Subzero Quenching and Anealing on Shape Memroy Effect of FeMnSiCrNi Alloy

    • 摘要: 研究了深冷淬火+退火对FeMnSiCrNi形状记忆效应的影响.结果表明:通过深冷淬火+退火处理能细化组织,有效地改善合金的形状记忆效应,在-50℃左右深冷淬火+450℃退火10min后形状记忆效应最佳,当变形量为5%时,提高最为显著,形状恢复率可提高35%左右,比水冷淬火+退火高15%左右.深冷后在400~600℃退火,效果较好.

       

      Abstract: The influence of subzero quenching and annealing on shape memory effect of FeMnSiCrNi alloy was studied.Subzero quenching and annealing treatment refined the microstructure and improved the shape memory effect of the alloy.Under the condition of subzero quenching at -50℃ and then annealing for 10 minutes at 450℃ with a deformation of 5%,the shape memory effect reached the best,shape recovery ratio increased to about 35%,about 15% higher than that by water-cooling quenching and annealing.Under the condition of deep cooling and then annealing at 400-600℃,shape recovery ratio was preferable.
