    Development of Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene Processing and It′s Specialized Equipment

    • 摘要: 综述了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的熔体特性与加工性能,介绍了模压成型、挤出成型和注塑成型等主要成型方法和加工工艺,并简述了UHMWPE专用加工设备的应用和发展情况:最后展望了UHMWPE的应用前景.

       

      Abstract: The melt property and the processing property of the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) was summarized,and done the key introduction to the molding,extrusion molding(including extrusion of single and double screw extruders) as well as several kinds of forming method and molding process such as injection molding.A brief introduction to special equipment is also given, which is an important aspect of UHMWPE processing;In the end the future application and developing trend of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene are prospected.
