    High Temperature Plasticity of Continuous Casting Slabs for K60 and X80 Pipeline Steels

    • 摘要: 采用Gleeble 1500型热模拟试验机研究了K60、X80管线钢连铸坯在1 350~650℃、1.0×10-3 s-1应变速率下拉伸时的高温塑性.结果表明:两种钢坯的第Ⅰ脆性区间为熔点~1 300℃;在高温区1 300~900℃时两种钢的塑性均很好,没有产生明显脆化;第Ⅲ脆性区间为900~700℃,该区域可分为γ单相区和γ+α两相区两部分.

       

      Abstract: The high temperature plasticities of continuous casting slabs for K60 and X80 pipeline steels were studied by Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator in the temperature range 1 350℃ to 650℃ at a low strain rate of 1.0×10-3 s-1.The results show that the embrittlement region Ⅰ of the two steel slabs was between melting point and 1 300℃.In the high temperature range(between 1 300℃ and 900℃),the plasticities of both the steels were excellent and there was no evident embrittlement.The embrittlement temperature region III was between 900℃ and 700℃,Which was consist of single γ phase region and γ+α phase region.
