    • 摘要: 针对汽轮机转子在运行过程中发生的不正常磨损,采用2CrMo焊丝在选定的工艺参数下对汽轮机转子材料T91钢进行埋弧堆焊试验,研究了堆焊层化学成分对堆焊层组织和性能的影响.结果表明:对T91钢采用埋弧堆焊进行修复,其堆焊层综合力学性能均优于母材性能;同时发现当堆焊层铬含量在2%左右时,其抗磨损性能大大提高.

       

      Abstract: Submerged arc welding tests on T91 steel being used in the turbine rotor have been done to solve the problem of abnormal wear of the turbine rotor during operation.T91 steel was welded by the method of submerged arc build-up welding using 2CrMo wire and certain welding parameters.The effects of chemical composition on microstructure and performance of the overlay were studied through a series of mechanical performance tests.The results show that the mechanical properties of the overlay were superior to those of the base material by using the submerged arc build-up welding.And the wear resistance of the cladding layer was greatly improved when the component of Cr in the overlay was around 2%.
